By downloading, accessing, or using Omni, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Omni is a spiritual wellness application that provides meditation tools, curated teachings from world wisdom traditions, journaling, community discussion, and AI-powered premium features. Omni is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or religious guidance.
You must create an account to use Omni. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years of age.
Free Tier: Core features including daily teachings, meditation timer, journaling, and community access are available at no cost.
Omni Plus: Premium features are available via subscription:
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Journal Entries: You retain full ownership of your journal entries. They are private and visible only to you.
Community Posts: Content you post in community discussion circles must comply with our community guidelines. You grant Omni a non-exclusive license to display your community posts within the app. You may delete your posts at any time.
Omni Plus includes AI-powered features such as the Wisdom Companion and Journal Insights. These features provide general spiritual guidance and reflection prompts. AI responses are generated by language models and should not be considered professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
When participating in community features, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
All content, design, and code in Omni (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Omni and protected by intellectual property laws. Curated teachings are presented with attribution to their respective traditions and sources.
Omni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app will meet your specific requirements. Spiritual content is presented for educational and reflective purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated content.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Omni after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
