Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In).

Profile Information: Spiritual traditions, goals, experience level, and preferences you choose to share.

Journal Entries: Personal reflections you write within the app. These are stored securely and are private to you.

Usage Data: Meditation session duration, practice streaks, and feature usage to improve your experience.

Community Content: Posts and comments you share in discussion circles.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the Omni experience
• To curate spiritual teachings based on your tradition preferences
• To power AI features (Wisdom Companion, Journal Insights) for premium users
• To track your meditation and practice progress
• To send relevant notifications (with your permission)
• To improve the app and fix issues

3. Journal Entries and AI Features

Your journal entries are encrypted and stored securely. If you use AI-powered Journal Insights (premium feature), your entries are processed to generate patterns and insights. We do not sell, share, or use your journal content for advertising. AI processing is done securely and your entries are never used to train AI models.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your private data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Apple/Google: Authentication and payment processing

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your journal entries
• Opt out of non-essential notifications
• Request correction of inaccurate data

7. Children's Privacy

Omni is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Omni after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
